Shipping:
- Dispatch Time: We strive to dispatch your order within 2 days of receiving it. However, please note that shipping may take longer if the product is not available in stock. In such cases, we will notify you promptly regarding any delays.
Returns:
- Return Option: You have the option to return the product if you are unsatisfied or if you simply change your mind. However, there are certain conditions to be met for the return to be processed.
- Return Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return process within a 24 Hours of delivery.
- Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return Charges: A return charge of ₹100 will be applicable for returning the product. This charge covers our packaging and courier expenses associated with processing the return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for further instructions. Once the return is approved, you will be provided with the necessary details for shipping the product back to us.
- Refund: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund amount will be processed excluding the return charge of ₹100.
